Purpose of role:
The purpose of the role is to develop a professional and respected relationship with a portfolio of existing customers in order to retain and develop their business.
The role will be focussed on providing customers with strong technical and field support. It will require working closely with members of the management team and the customer service helpdesk teams.
Specifically the role will require:
A good knowledge of each customer’s estates and sufficient technical and H&S knowledge and experience to resolve & advice on technical issues and to attend sites with confidence and competence.
Good communication with each customer including regular meetings to present & discuss MI spend and performance reports and by keeping abreast with all service offerings and developments to identify and deliver business growth.
Reporting to members of the management team on the monthly performance and activity of allotted accounts.
Working closely with and assist the helpdesk customer service supervisors to ensure that all customer activity is up to date, an effective escalation process is in place and that the customer experiences great customer service.
