The Company My client is a fast growing construction company looking to recruit to accommodate for the volume of work they are facing. The companies turnover has increased by 600% in the last year and are looking for an assistant project manager to help with this growth. If you are proactive and looking to join an increasingly growing company, then please consider this role for you.

The Role The role will require you to help the Project manager with day-to-day activities to accommodate the increase in work that has come in. duties will include but will not be limited to: · Carrying our regular health and safety checks · Attending weekly meetings with team · Being a presence on site (2 sites maximum) · Ensuring projects are running efficiently and within budget. · Proactively engaging and problem solving when needed

Requirements and Benefits The client is looking for somebody with experience in a project manager role within construction, and will consider candidates who are graduate or in an assistant roles. In return, you will receive a competitive salary and close location for the two sites you will be working on. An background in engineering would be desirable but its not a must. If you are looking to kickstart your career in construction as a project manager then this is the perfect role for you. The right candidate will be offered progression and increased work when wanted. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Graduate Contract length: 12 months Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • South East London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Project management: 1 year (preferred)
