Hunter Masons client currently has a great opportunity for a Junior Project Manager with site experience. This role is started with the outlook to progress into Project manager, and the company provide all the training to get you to the top!

Responsibilities:

• Visiting sites under supervision or, on behalf of the PM and update on project progress

• Pricing jobs and raising quotes.

• Ordering materials and obtaining prices as requested by the PMs.

• Subcontractor negotiations and monitoring.

• Meeting clients and providing updates on ongoing projects and reporting back to the PMs

• Issuing contractors progress reports (full training will be given)

• Assisting PMs in raising O&M manuals and documentation

• Produce Health and Safety documentation, including but not limited to Risk Assessment and Method Statement, Safe working Procedure etc

• Attend site and inspect and subsequently improve as required all Health and Safety Aspects

Salary: 25-32k doe.
