Job Title: Carpenter Location: NW6, UK Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team in NW6. The successful candidate will have worked on high-end residential projects for a number of years. Working for private clients like St Johns Wood Residential this is an excellent chance to propel your career. Key Responsibilities:

• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures

• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials

• Shape or cut materials to specified measurements

• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim

• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures

• Maintain tools and equipment

• Follow safety procedures at all times

• Work on high end interior projects

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role

• Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Can be employed CIS or PAYE
