Construction Project Manager
We are looking to recruit a Project Manager to our small and growing residential property renovations company to help us at an exciting stage in our growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record in project management in the construction industry, organising projects and teams, observing & monitoring correct health & safety protocol, setting and following budgets, variations and materials, liaising with clients and contractors, scheduling resources across multiple projects at a time and overseeing high quality output.
The role will suit someone who is aware of the wider needs and challenges of a small business and is a strong team player. You will thrive in the fast-moving environment of a small company, enjoy responsibility and get the job done.
The right candidate will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, who will define their own opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities:
-Organise several site operatives and several projects simultaneously
-Agree and monitor budget for each project and process variances routinely
-Pre-project preparation including gathering all project documentation and ensuring permissions are ready and available
-Be responsible for overall site health & safety procedure
-Schedule work tasks and organise site operatives,subcontractors, materials and information as required
-Prompt and regular communication with site managers and operatives about scope of works, schedules and variances, and with client
-Ensure standards of workmanship and professionalism are continually met
-Close out projects efficiently and effectively
-Use and help others work using project management software, “Buildertrend”
We are based in Walton-on –Thames where we have some work but the majority of our work is in SW, W and NW London, the geographical centre point being Ealing-Richmond area to give a guideline.
