Job Description:
Our client is a high-end residential property developer who focuses on the super high-end residential refurbishment sector with typical projects being individual property renovations with project values between £1m-£10m. They are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the construction of high-end residential properties in London
Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards
Manage subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to
Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget
Key Requirements:
At least 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager
Experience working on high-end residential properties
Excellent communication skills
Strong leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure
