Contracts Manager – Roofing £45,000 - £50,000 Birmingham My Client offers all aspects of industrial & commercial re-roofing, felt membranes, repair/maintenance, skylight, gutter liners, cladding and sheeting. In addition They offer phased solutions on large roofing projects and small build capabilities.

The Role My Client is looking for an experienced contracts manager within the roofing sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, project managers, and sub-contractors for the duration of the contract

  • Ensure work is completed to a high standard and meets agreed technical specifications

  • Carry out health and safety inductions with operatives and other staff when on site and ensure safety documentation is always up to date, reviewed and maintained regularly

  • Manage construction schedules, attend site meetings, and communicate with the office to ensure the smooth running of each project

  • Manage and organise the labour force and materials on site

  • Set achievable productivity targets and regularly monitor to ensure they are met to an acceptable standard

  • Meet and liaise with clients, proactively giving them up-to-date information and ensuring they are satisfied with the project delivery and standards

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
