Customer Care Co-Ordinator – Carpentry Company Rayleigh £25,000 - £30,000 Information on the role

  • Maintain compliance with policies & procedures

  • Offer excellent customer service to both customers & clients

  • Build & maintain professional relationships

  • Handle customer complaints, liaising with relevant project teams to resolve any issues

  • Organise documents and files

  • Complete a variety of general office admin tasks

What we’d like from you

  • Experience as a Customer Care Co-Ordinator is desirable

  • Customer Service Skills is essential

  • Exceptional written and spoken English skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Products

  • Self-motivated personality

  • Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude

  • Organisation and time management skills
