Overall Objective

To assist with the effectiveness of H&S of the business (office and site-based) ensuring all processes and procedures are carried out on time and within the set guidelines.Assist to ensure the company is compliant with H&S standards and requirements of all accreditations.

To Comply with all aspects of the IMS-BSI ISO audit system and FSC procedures.

Overall Responsibilities

  • Pre-Qualification Questionnaires: -(PQQ’s) To collate and issue relevant information for Main Contractors prior to the issue of project tenders/details to us.

  • Estimating: - Downloading relevant documentation from Main Contractor web portals (BIW/Conject/Doc-Elite/Aconnex/A-Site/4-project etc.).Log projects onto in-house database and Tender List and to produce hard copy file for Estimators.

  • Divisional Directors/Project Managers: - Working with DD’s and PM’s and Pre-Construction to produce necessary on-site required documentation (i.e. H&S, O&M’s, Environmental), and ensure all on-site staff have correct security passes etc.Update company Project Planner.Updating client web portals (as above) with site team information.

  • Accreditations: - Achilles/Chas/Construction Line/FSC/ISO 9001, 1401, 1801/Builders Profile – assist with the internal, on-line and external annual audits.Ensuring all documentation and procedures have been adhered to and back documentation is available to auditors.

  • General: - Collate/manage and log documentation for extranet, company vehicles, warehouse checks, company training matrix. Provide limited cover for reception/phone. Assist with

  • Social Media: - Working with Marketing Director on all aspects of the company social media and customer after care  Assist in the production of company presentations (internal and external). Assist in the production of company in-house magazine. Any ad-hoc administration required.
