Full Job Description
Manage accurate records of tender and contract documents
Prepare detailed bills of quantities and work schedules for accurate pricing
Compile tender comparisons and consideration
Present tenders at settlement meetings with a comprehensive knowledge of the best approach to be taken
Offer advice on risk and value engineering options
Chair handover meetings
Work closely with supply chains to ensure competitive tenders
Contribute to database tenders for historical data and average rates and supply chain databases
Develop relationships with consultants and clients
Maximize efficiency of services, utilizing all resources in conjunction with the Project Managers, and identity problems, taking the relevant action to resolve them What we’d like from you
Proven Estimating Experience
Experience in Civil Engineering
Exceptional written and spoken English skills
Proficient in water/Drainage processes
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Salary: £20,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
