Working closely with the Senior Sales & Design Team, the role of the Pre-Contracts estimator is pivotal in ensuring we secure future projects for the team to successfully deliver on site. You will provide support to obtain competitive quotations, review tender documents, assess the scope of works, calculate project costs, and assist the submission of tender bids.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Estimating Team with sub-contractor and materials quote requests
- Developing and maintaining an approved list of sub-contractors and suppliers
- Assisting in carrying out site visits to determine the nature of works
- Communicate effectively with the team
- Update tenders with quotations received from sub-contractors and suppliers
- Arrange and prepare commercial documents for project handover meetings
- Keep detailed records and maintain well-organised work schedules
