Accurate Cost Estimation: Utilize your expertise to provide precise and detailed cost estimates for flooring and painting projects, considering materials, labor, and associated expenses.
Vendor and Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery of materials.
Project Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers and design teams to understand project requirements and contribute valuable insights to enhance project feasibility.
