This company have developed strong relationships with leading UK Construction Companies, Consultants, Architects, Local Authorities, and Academy Trusts. They pride themselves on their wide range of services including, Refurbishment, Internal Remodeling, Mechanical and Electrical, Roofing, Groundworks, Windows and Door installations, External Facades, Maintenance works and more.
Information on the role
Manage accurate records of tender and contract documents
Prepare detailed bills of quantities and work schedules for accurate pricing
Compile tender comparisons and consideration
Present tenders at settlement meetings with a comprehensive knowledge of the best approach to be taken
Offer advice on risk and value engineering options
Work closely with supply chains to ensure competitive tenders
Contribute to database tenders for historical data and average rates and supply chain databases
Develop relationships with consultants and clients
Maximize efficiency of services, utilizing all resources in conjunction with the Project Managers, and identity problems, taking the relevant action to resolve them
What we’d like from you
Experience Estimating Residential, Education, Commercial, & Refurbishment projects.
Third Level qualification in a related discipline or equivalent experience
Exceptional written and spoken English skills
Self-motivated personality
Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
Organization and time management skills
