We are a well-established construction company based in Uckfield, Sussex and we are looking for a senior time served QS to join our company on a permanent basis as our current QS is retiring.
Job Spec Experienced Quantity Surveyor required for a busy Brickwork Company. The main requirement of this role is measurement of houses and flats both traditional build and timber frame for all of the estate developers. Would suit a mature experienced person wishing to fit into a thriving family business. Must be computer literate in both Word & Excel, and a working knowledge of the brickwork trade is essential.
Ideally Degree qualified or other relative construction qualification
Have experience working on new build residential developments from start to finish
Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
