Fire Door Joiner – West Yorkshire My client are a supported housing provider, providing accommodation in shared houses across the Yorkshire and Lancashire region. They are a registered charity, and registered social landlord. The role: Due to expansion, they are looking for a joiner to join their experienced team to help across their West Yorkshire area covering Leeds, Wakefield, Huddersfield and surrounding areas. Currently working across all areas our maintenance and PSO, the team are involved in total house refurbs, HMO conversions – experience of fitting fire doors, including casings, along with bathrooms and kitchens is required. Along with day-to-day maintenance repairing damages such as broken windows- re fittings, repairing leaks, holes in walls, floors etc, managing and maintaining gardens. Key requirements: · Be able to provide an efficient and comprehensive customer focused building repair and maintenance service. · “Right First Time” completing work where practicable in the first visit, with a good standard of performance and quality workmanship. · 1 year experience with fire doors. · Experience in social housing (preferred). · Must have valid UK Driving license. Own tools preferred but can provide if needed.
