Location: Stratford & London surrounding areas

Your Role: As a Building Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in conducting comprehensive building surveys, inspections, and assessments. Your keen eye for detail will help identify defects and issues, enabling you to provide accurate and insightful recommendations in your detailed reports. Collaborating closely with their team and clients, you will contribute to the success of maintenance and repair projects and offer your expertise on building regulations and planning permission.

Requirements:

  • Home Survey Level 2 & 3 preffered.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Building Surveyor, demonstrating your solid foundation in the field.

  • Chartered or working towards chartered status (RICS or equivalent), highlighting your commitment to professional growth.

  • Your drive and determination to excel in a fast-paced and challenging environment will be a valuable asset.
