Senior Building Estimator – Director Designate
Due to the continued success and growth of the business, we are looking for an experienced Senior or Managing Building Estimator to join our team.
As well as the Estimating role, you will be mentored to take on elements of the day to day management and running of the business with a view to becoming the permanent Director.
We were established as a Chartered Building Consultancy in 2005 and have a turnover of circa £1.4m in fees annum
We prepare tenders for Design and Build projects on behalf of a long-established Client list of main contractors. We work as the Estimator as part of the main contractor tender team. We work across most sectors on diverse and interesting projects typically ranging from £5m to £50m in value. Most of the projects are in central London and the Southeast and Midlands Regions
You will join a team of 5 Senior Estimators and one intermediate Estimator who have all come from a main contractor background. We also have an internal team of 6 BOQ Prep Quantity Surveyors and an Administrator.
You will ideally have at least 15 years of experience working as an Estimator for a main contractor.
The starting salary will be dependent on experience but will of course be commensurate with the importance of the position within the company.

We are a fun office to work in. The office is on Junction 1 of the M6. There is some hybrid working available. Almost all of our Client meetings are carried out via Teams with some limited train visits to London.
