Our client is an established Property Development expert with over 30 years’ experience in the field. Based in the midlands they specialize in the public and social housing sector all over the UK. Priding themselves on the more traditional looking homes. Starting out as a bricklaying company they have developed and now even offer a teaching academy for new bricklayers. Duties
This role is for an experienced managing surveyor who ideally has experience in leading a team of quantity surveyors within the housing/social housing sector.
The role will be a mixture of site working and office working. This is permanent role and will be across various projects brought into the company.
You will be responsible for cost control and reducing costs associated with each project.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience in the social housing sector and have lead a team of quantity surveyors in previous roles. Demonstration of previous work with cost control is ideal and will enhance your chances of getting this role. The client will offer a very competitive salary in return and you will be joining a well respected company in the sector an area.

Salary: £75,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
