We are looking for someone who has:
Ideally 10+ years’ experience as a project manager
Someone who has scheme/ design concept knowledge.
someone who is capable of running projects up to £5M
experience with programming, subcontractor management
experience with procurement schedules
The Role/ responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects, ensuring successful delivery within the defined scope, budget, and schedule.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Prepare and present regular progress reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions to senior management and project stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices throughout the project execution.
