Full Job Description

PROJECT MANAGER – Commercial Monday – Friday £45,000 - £50,000

Job Purpose: The Project Manager primarily oversees the planning, implementation, management and handover process of multiple projects. This includes overall management of subcontractors, suppliers, Site Managers, and all project communications, as well as the organisation and implementation of site surveys, works and approvals. The Project Manager is responsible for solving any on-site issues, with the assistance of Site Managers, Sales, Design and Commercial departments, as required.

Requirements:

  • Attendance at meetings on site, prior to project commencement

  • Collation of H&S documentation from sub-contractors

  • Development of the programme of works and revisions.

  • Co-ordination of sub-contractors works and supplier’s deliveries to ensure all works are fully complete in accordance with the programme of works.

  • Produce and distribute H&S documentation and information as required.

  • Build a good rapport with all key contacts, suppliers, and stakeholders (Facilities Manager, Architect, Client, M&E Consultants, Building Contractors, Local Authority etc.) and portray a professional image of the Company at all times.

  • Undertake site surveys as required and report findings back to the design and commercial departments or to subcontractors and suppliers.

  • Arrange and attend project progress meetings as required.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence

  • Willingness to occasionally work unsocial hours including over-night stays on location.
