Project Manager – Commercial
£50,000 + Expenses

They are sensitive to the differing requirements and perspectives of their clients and are skilled at reconciling different viewpoints into an original design solution, creating a building of lasting benefit to client and user and adaptable to changing needs.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will have the responsibility of coordinating client-side teams of main and sub-contractors, and guiding projects from the very first steps through to finalisation. As the role will be focused mainly on commercial projects, relevant experience is preferable.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning for multiple projects
Coordinate resources and third parties/vendors.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Develop strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Manage project H&S – ensure RAMS etc complete and followed and H&S delivery happens.
Reporting back to the MD on project progression, forecasts and cost analysis
