Projects Facilitator - Self Employed

Salary/Rate:£80,000 - £100,000/annum

Hunter Mason are working with an Expert Planning Consultants, Architects and Building company.

The company are looking for a self employed Project Facilitator to work on a self employed bases.

The company will offer a £8000.00 retainer and a commission

of 25-30k per annum

As a project / design role as a projects facilitator, the role is to be go between with our planning consultant and in house designer and be a point of communication back to the client and in house team.

Retainer £8k pa and Commission £25k role package £33k package

Will require a hands on approach.

RIBA/RICS or design minded experienced role is on offer not to design though as technical director person.

Home based only.
