Quantity Surveyor – Demolition & Asbestos Bristol £45,000 - £60,000 (Package Negotiable) About the company An amazing opportunity to join a Demolition, Asbestos Removal, Geotechnical and Civil Engineering construction company as a Quantity Surveyor. Produce tenders for new projects
Produce accurate take offs for projects
Produce and update of procurement schedules for all projects
Prepare the required documents to issue to subcontractors to enable them to tender effectively for works packages
Identify appropriate subcontractors for all aspects of works
Assist in the financial appraisal of new opportunities
Work closely with architects and other professionals
Navigate and understand building codes
Process paperwork and travel to building sites as required
Monitor construction processes
What we’d like from you
Professional qualification or experience in Quantity Surveying
Experience in Demolition, Asbestos Removal, Geotechnical and Civil Engineering Projects
Updated knowledge of building codes
Exceptional written and spoken English skills
Exceptional math skills
Self-motivated personality
Attention to detail
Organisation and time management skills
