The Company is run by a small team from its office in L1. Our market For Architects, Engineers, Design and Build Contractors and Direct Clients, # is a key specification element across a wide range of construction sectors. It is installed in traffic applications such as car parks and access roads, beyond this it is also installed in slope protection works where the company has a significant presence in flood defence programmes. Scope The company engages with clients initially under the, from where quotations are generated in either supply only or supply and lay format. The majority of quotations for #are supply and lay and account for an annual order base of approximately 70 contracts. Orders are placed with the Group’s in-house contracting Division, Chantry Contractors Limited. Most supply and lay contracts involve an engagement with a contractor, which can be the principle contractor or a groundworks sub-contractor and this involves installing # to a pre-prepared base. In some cases the works order may have been placed via a merchant. This can see a wide range of standard and bespoke contracts and orders being used. A small number of projects are undertaken on a ‘full package’ basis working direct with clients; this will see the order including excavation and sub-base works. The role ? Site measurement for external and internal valuations on a nationwide basis. ? Applications for payment / invoicing for works. ? Final account settlements. ? Dispute resolution. ?
