£50,000 - £55,000 + Company Vehicle or Car Allowance

Information on the role

Produce tenders for new projects
Produce accurate take offs for projects
Produce and update of procurement schedules for all projects
Prepare the required documents to issue to subcontractors to enable them to tender effectively for works packages
Identify appropriate subcontractors for all aspects of works
Assist in the financial appraisal of new opportunities
Work closely with architects and other professionals
Navigate and understand building codes
Process paperwork and travel to building sites as required
Monitor construction processes

What we’d like from you

Proven Quantity Surveying experience in a variety of Sectors e.g., Residential, Commercial, Retail & Leisure, Educational, Healthcare, Industrial etc.
Experience working on 2 stage projects
Main Contracting experience, working on projects between £10M to £40M
Exceptional written and spoken English skills
Self-motivated personality
Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
Organisation and time management skills
