Meeting subcontractors and clients
Tender and negotiate work
Represent the company at meetings
Report to a board of directors

Previous Fit Out/Shop Fitting knowledge/experience
Proven Contract Management experience
Self-motivated, friendly, sociable, and driven
Willingness to drive to and mainly work on various sites
Full driving license
Commercially aware
Ability to tender or negotiate work
