My client is a full-service construction company, based in Northampton and dedicated to providing the highest quality construction and groundwork services. Their team operates within the United Kingdom and European Union. Being in the Centre of England allows them to help more commercial clients with their foundation and structural construction projects.
My client is looking for an experienced Site Manager with specific expertise in the Construction, Groundworks, Drainage & Civil Engineering, Structural Works, Hard Landscaping, Extensions, and Internal Construction sectors.
They are looking for candidates who not only have a solid track record in managing construction sites but also possess a deep understanding of the specific challenges and requirements associated with their scope of works.
Key Qualities and Attributes:
Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on the areas listed above.
A strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and coordinate site operations and teams.
Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in construction project management.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance on construction sites.
