About:
Are you an experienced site manager with a track record of delivering luxury residential projects? Do you have the skills and knowledge to manage a £10.5 million apartment building in Birmingham? If so, we have a great opportunity for you!
We are a young construction company, specialising in high-end residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a site manager to join our team and manage the delivery of a luxury apartment building in Birmingham.
As a site manager, you will be responsible for:
Planning, organising and supervising the construction work on site
Ensuring the quality, safety and environmental standards of the work
Liaising with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors
Managing the budget, programme and resources of the project
Solving any problems or issues that may arise on site
Reporting on the progress and performance of the project
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
A degree or equivalent qualification in construction management or a related field
Experience in managing luxury residential projects, preferably apartment buildings
Knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and contracts
Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
A valid CSCS card and SMSTS certificate

This is a 6-month contract position, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment.
