An amazing opportunity to join a midlands-based contractor, delivering projects nationwide whilst offering a full turnkey approach. This company have developed strong relationships with leading UK Construction Companies, Consultants, Architects, Local Authorities, and Academy Trusts. They pride themselves on their wide range of services including, Refurbishment, Internal Remodelling, Mechanical and Electrical, Roofing, Groundworks, Windows and Door installations, External Facades, Maintenance works and more.
The Successful Candidate
Would ideally be DBS-checked but not essential.
The right candidate would be someone based in the Leicestershire area, looking to stay long-term with a company & have a willingness to travel to various sites in the East-Midlands area, about an hour from Leicester.
Information on the role
Managing a project from set-up to handover and evaluation
Manage and ensure team are complying with project specification
Track and report at weekly client update meetings
Planning of resources, including materials, labour, and sub-contractors
Liaise with Site Safety Officer to ensure all standards are maintained
Liaise with the client on KPI development and implementation
Manage and maintain all H&S requirements

CSCS
What we’d like from you
Proven Site Management experience in the Residential, Education, Commercial, or Refurbishment sectors
Willingness to travel to Sites
Exceptional written and spoken English skills
Self-motivated personality
Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
Organisation and time management skills
DBS Checked but not essential
