Site Manager – Residential - SMSTS Aldershot £40,000 - £50,000 (Depending on experience, Package Negotiable) About the company My Client has over 23 years of property development and has become one of the fastest growing property development companies within the South-East and the boast an impeccable track record with a property portfolio of over £25M. My Client is passionate about ensuring all of their builds have a positive effect on the local communities by incorporating sustainable Eco-friendly features within their planning, design and construction. The role: My Client is looking to hire a site manager to start ASAP, who has experience as both a tradesman and having completed internal fit-outs in their past projects. They should be able to follow and complete construction programmers and be able to trouble shoot any issues that arise on site. The successful candidate must be able to identify issues and be able to clearly liaise with all designers; consultants and tradesman to quickly resolve issues and ensure the project remains on track and within budget. You should have good understanding of RAMs and should be able to appraise RAMs. Duties: Daily tasks will change depending on the day and the project but can consist of: · Create a healthy and positive atmosphere on site and should be able to motivate staff to meet the deadlines. · Submit timely reports to management on the progress on site. · Anticipate issues and resolve them in time so there is no down time on site. · Organise and understand task sequencing and coordinate different tradesman to work on effectively together. · Anticipate issues and resolve them in time so there is no down time on site. Requirements:

• SMSTS health and safety certificate and any other relevant certificate.

· Contacts within the trades would be desirable. · Knowledge of groundwork and brickwork would be preferred. · Should be good at Microsoft packages and should be able to organise and follow a system.

• Should be able to take quantity off plans for smaller projects.

• Be happy to work and deliver on tight timelines.
