SITE MANAGER – HOUNSLOW – GROUNDWORKS EXPERIENCE/WITH RESI – UP TO £50K
Hunter Mason are recruiting for a Site Manager on behalf of an established contractor based in Kent, but for work in Hounslow. THIS IS A PERM ROLE
THE ROLE
The role will consist of managing 2 sites within half a mile of each other in Hounslow. The site will be converting 2 garage blocks into flats with a total of 10 units split between the two. Further work on another 3 sites could continue for the right candidate with a combined total of £5m.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibility for on site health and safety, including site inductions & toolbox talks
Coordinating site visits with client, local authorities and warranty providers
Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
Ensuring quality of work of subcontractors and trades
Reporting to the project manager daily with site records and progress reports.
Feeding back material/staff requirements to PM
Opening and closing site.
WHAT YOU NEED
Experience with groundwork's
Experience managing a side from cradle to grave
SMSTS
Ability to manage a team with confidence
Experience with similar sites would be advantageous
WHATS IN IT FOR YOU
